Skill Development Training Program Under CSR to Empower Unemployed Youth in Uttar PradeshBareilly, Uttar Pradesh
Rohilkhand Incubation Foundation (RIF), in collaboration with Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University (MJPRU) and Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (IOCL), is launching a Skill Development Training Program under CSR activities. This initiative aims to empower unemployed youth in Uttar Pradesh by equipping them with essential industry-relevant skills to enhance employability.
MJPRU, a NAAC A++ accredited and UGC Category-1 University, is spearheading this program through RIF to bridge the gap between education and employment. The training will cover multiple domains, providing participants with hands-on experience, expert mentorship, and certification upon completion.

Training Curriculum & Course ModulesElectrician TrainingElectrical circuits, safety protocols, industrial systems, and automation.
Electronics Mechanic TrainingCircuit design, troubleshooting, microprocessors, and digital electronics.
Fitter TrainingMechanical assembly, precision instruments, metal fabrication, and industrial fittings.
Project Duration & Structure (Total: 1000 hours)7 Months – Skill development training covering theoretical and practical sessions.
3 Months – Industry-based internship to provide hands-on experience.
1 Month – Placement assistance, career guidance, and job opportunities.
