We designed a business model named "kisan bandhu yojna" to cater to the needs of farmers and local input shop owners. we started enrolling our "kisan bandhu kendra" by partnering with input shop owners and "kisan bandhu card" a qrcode based smart card for farmers through which we are giving them welcome kit, soil testing facility, 20% cash back(subsidy), farming related information and advisery, credit after purchase of products worth 20,000. also, we raised our product basket from 1 product to 12 skus now. through use of webapp, we have aggregated input shop owners and farmers to form a web, wherein everyone is rewared for adding to this network.
